Will Call--You pick it up!
If you live in the Laramie area or know you'll be in Laramie around the time of your order date, why pay for shipping? We'll call you when your order is ready to be picked up. Orders not picked up within 20 days will be placed back in inventory and there will be no guarantee of the item being in stock at a later time.

FedEx Ground
Reach every U.S. business address
When you don’t need the speed of express shipping, use FedEx Ground for day-definite delivery to every U.S. business address.

  • Delivery in 1–5 business days in the contiguous U.S. (3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Delivery Monday–Friday by end of business day.

FedEx Internaltional Priority
All international shipments will be shipped via FedEx International Priority service. It provides fast, time-definite delivery to most of the world.

  • Delivery to more than 210 countries typically in 1–3 business days.
  • Reach major cities in Europe by 10:30 AM in 2 business days. Next business- day delivery available between 38 major European markets.

You may return your purchase for any reason within 10 days after receiving your merchandise for In Store Credit or Exchange Only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with the tags still attached. ALL SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

The Knothole is not responsible for misuse, mishandling or any other actions or inactions attributable to the purchaser and or carrier (United States Postal Service, UPS etc).

All returns must be pre-authorized by greenandgoldonline.com by e-mailing a Return Request to: info@pinebeachink.com. All unauthorized returns shipped to shoptheknothole.com will incur a 10% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please be advised that The Knothole does NOT guarantee delivery on or before any specific date and thus if you are planning to order an item for the holiday season, please e-mail our customer service at: info@pinebeachink.com and inquire as to the in stock/back order status of a particular item.

Please e-mail your Return Requests to: info@pinebeachink.com. Once we receive your request, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. All returns authorized by greenandgoldonline.com are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused with the tags still attached.

If the product returned is being exchanged for a different size or color, shopthteknothole.com will not provide for the shipping cost of the new item.
